Can I order a product via telephone?
Yes. Telephone orders can be made.
One of my favourites products is out of stock. Can I still order it?
Each collection has an order deadline. The ordered products have a limited number but we might order it for you. We can't order products which are found in our previous collections.

Can I place an order out of Romania?
Unfortunatelly, we deliver our products only in Romania.
RETURNS
Can I return the ordered products?
According to "Terms and Conditions", the ordered products may be returned in the same good condition as recieved (inside original box with all tags intact) within 14 days from receiving it.
In order to do this, you must communicate via email or phone, the intention of returning the products. Transport taxes will be borne by you. If the above criterias are not met, we will be forced not to accept the return.
Can I change an ordered product?
Products can be changed after taking into account the terms and conditions of the reimbursment.

How soon can I return a product?
Products can be returned within 14 days since their arrival. Otherwise we reserve the right not to accept them anymore.
How soon will I get the money back?
A refund of the returned products will be done sooner than 14 days from the confirmation of return, by order, to a bank account specified by you.
How much does a product tax return cost?
When returning a product you have to pay only the transport cost.

How do i get the delivery?
The delivery arrives via fast delivery company – FanCourier or DPD Courier.
How much does the delivery cost?
Credit Card or OP – 13 LEI
Reinbursment – 18 LEI
The transport cost is estimated acording kg/package and will appear inside your online shopping cart before checkout. The delivery is free on orders over 300 LEI.
When the products I have ordered will be delivered?
Delivery is required, usually two days after ordering. We always try to send orders in the shortest time posibil.
Can I choose the date for my package to be delivered?
We can't promise you that the package will arrive in a certain day. We work continuosly in order to deliver the orders to all clients, so they can not be scheduled. We don't like to make promises which we can't hold!
Is it possible that more orders to be delivered in the same package?
If you have ordered several products which need to be delivered at the same address, HISPANITAS can not guarantee that they can be shipped in the same package. Mixing two or more orders may cause errors with the products availability. To avoid charging more shipping taxes, we recommend you to finish a single order which contains all the products you wish to purchase. By doing so, you can take advantage of the free delivery we offer on orders over 300 Lei.
What happens if nobody is home on the day of delivery?
Our advice is to choose your job adress if during working hours you are away from home. If you are still unavailable when the package arrives, you will be notified about the delivery attempt. The note will contain the delivery number and the phone number where you may contact the courier for more information regarding your package.
