CHAPTER 1. Organizer and official rules of the program:

This loyalty program is organized and conducted by SC CLISHOUSE LLC, based in Paulesti, No. 150, Office 1, Prahova county, Romania. Participants in this program are required to comply with the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, according to those mentioned below. Official Rules is available to any participant in the consultation program in all stores HISPANITAS. The organizer reserves the right to modify or change this Regulation, following the changes to take effect only after the announcement and presentation in public of these changes. The program will operate according to the Official Rules. CHAPTER 2. The area covered by the program:

Loyalty program is organized and carried out all over the country in all stores HISPANITAS. CHAPTER 3. Duration of program:

Loyalty program enter into force on 5 September 2012 and has an indefinite term. HISPANITAS has the right to decide at any moment cessation program. CHAPTER 4. Conditions of participation:

Any individual with residence in Romania and aged at least 14 years may be a member of the loyalty program. Exceptions are employees HISPANITAS.

Anyone who buy items from stores HISPANITAS worth at least 2000 RON to a single purchase can enter in the HISPANITAS loyalty program. The loyalty program can only participate by completing and signing the registration form, the buyer will receive in the store receipt or if the value is at least 2000 RON. If you order on Hispanitas website products that worth at least 2000 RON, your loyalty card will be sent in the package with the products ordered - you dont have to complete the loyalty form.

The participant is required to complete the full enrollment with real data and reads. Program registration form is completed and delivered in stores HISPANITAS, buyer receiving a loyalty card instantly. The card becomes active within 12 hours of its issuance. Incomplete or unsigned forms containing data are considered invalid and not allow obtaining the card.

By joining the program, participants declare that they agree with its guidelines and their personal data (including address) to be processed, enter the database CLISHOUSE SRL and to receive information material by any means of communication (fax, post, email, SMS, etc.) from CLISHOUSE SRL and all its partners.

CLISHOUSE LLC undertakes to respect their rights under the law 677/2001 and will use the database to send correspondence and to compile statistical reports. Personal data provided will not be disseminated to third parties except direct marketing operator CLISHOUSE SRL.

At the written request of the participant, dated and signed, mailed to Office Building Rompetrol - Basarab Street, No. 7, 1st Floor, Ploiesti, Prahova county, SC CLISHOUSE LLC undertakes:
- to confirm whether it processes personal data or not, free of charge for one request per year
- to correct, update, block, erase or transform into anonymous data, free of charge, the data whose processing does not comply with Law no. 677/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data
- to stop processing personal data of the applicant Participants have the right to request, once a year, in writing, recording how their personal data are processed. CHAPTER 5. Developing and mechanism of the program:

Any cardholder benefits in place for purchases made after the entry into force of the card a discount of 10% from the normal price of the product. Exceptions are products in promotion (seasonal discounts and other special occasions). For these products, card holders can obtain discounts. The buyer must present the card before issuing fiscal receipt scanning.
Online - you have to add your loyalty no. card in the order that you will send (add the no. in the required space).

Loyalty card holder is entitled to participate in promotional campaigns organized for them and can benefit from offers / special discounts. Loyalty program has an indefinite term. ClisHouse Company reserves the right to suspend any loyalty card.

A loyalty card holders can remain in the loyalty program and may still benefit from the advantages of the loyalty card HISPANITAS, given that in calendar year HISPANITAS purchase products worth 2,500 lei. CHAPTER 6. Fidelity card:

Underlying loyalty program is the loyalty card HISPANITAS, intended HISPANITAS customers. Each participant is entitled to a single card. Any card forgery is punishable under law. Discounts applied loyalty program HISPANITAS subject to the condition that the retail price not below the purchase price. HISPANITAS reserves the right to disable any loyalty card HISPANITAS. CHAPTER 7. Using loyalty card HISPANITAS:

To get the discount, the customer will have to announce the beginning it cardholder loyalty HISPANITAS. Access to discounts possible in any HISPANITAS stores participating in the program, except for special promotions that occur only in certain stores and at certain times. CHAPTER 8. Damaged, lost or stolen cards:

With the notification will indicate the name, address and other identifying data of the cardholder. The participant who loses his or her card is stolen, he is entitled to a new card that can be obtained from a store HISPANITAS program participant. CHAPTER 9. Customer service operation:

Cardholders can obtain information regarding the operation and use of loyalty card program by calling Customer Service at the phone number 0729005319. Also in this issue, the cardholder will promptly announce any change of personal information, including address changes and also will report the loss, theft or damage of loyalty card. To protect the personal data of participants in the loyalty program, customer service will require certain information to establish the identity of the customer. If the Customer Service operator has not properly established client identity, he is entitled to decline to supply information. CHAPTER 10. Personal data protection:

By signing the registration form, the participant agrees that his data filled in the registration form to enter the database of the company CLISHOUSE SRL, registered with the National Authority Surveillance Data Processing Staff operator of personal data under number 27793. Participant agrees that the information in the application form HISPANITAS be used for statistical purposes and direct marketing actions and to receive information material from HISPANITAS and partners. The participant has a right of access, intervention and opposition of the personal data communicated by law 677/2001.
